The
deep well pump is one of the relatively commonly used submersible pumps on the market at present, and it can achieve high heads that are difficult to achieve by general submersible pumps. It can meet the requirements of deep wells with a depth of hundreds of meters. However, because many users do not have professional knowledge, it is difficult to cover all aspects of the use of deep well pumps. Once they are used arbitrarily without paying attention to the precautions, they will easily cause damage to the
deep well pump. Even if there is no damage in a short time, it will at least affect its performance. Service life.
Before the deep well submersible pump starts to work, the pump is first filled with liquid. After the pump is turned on, the impeller rotates at a high speed. The liquid in the pump rotates with the blades. Under the action of centrifugal force, it flies away from the impeller and shoots outward. From the pump outlet, the discharge pipe flows out. At this time, at the center of the blade, the liquid is thrown around to form a vacuum low pressure zone with neither air nor liquid. The liquid in the liquid pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the action of the atmospheric pressure on the pool surface, and the liquid is continuous in this way. It is continuously sucked up from the liquid pool and continuously flows out of the discharge pipe.
Next, I will introduce the precautions for its use in detail:
1. Before using the electric pump, use a megger to check the insulation resistance of the motor, and the minimum value cannot be less than 5 megohms. The inspection method is to connect one terminal of the megohmmeter to the electric pump cable, and the other terminal to the motor shell, shake the megohmmeter, and observe the insulation resistance value.
2. The water immersion motor should open the watering bolt, fill it with clean water, tighten the bolt, and then dive into the water. If oil leakage is found in an oil-immersed motor, the sealing element should be replaced before diving into the water.
3. When the electric pump is submerged or hoisted, the cable must not be pulled to avoid damage to the cable or disconnection at the joint.
4. The electric pump should be vertical when submerged in the water, and it should not be placed diagonally.
5. Electric pumps must not transport water or mud with a lot of sand. The flooded motor should always clean the sand particles in the motor cavity and replace the clean water in the motor cavity.
6. After the electric pump is used, it should be cleaned, oiled on the metal surface to prevent rust, and stored vertically in a dry place.
Through the specific analysis of the above six points, we have learned about the preparations for deep well submersible pumps before work, the specific work conditions during work, and what needs to be done after work. After years of development, submersible pumps have become mature day by day, but in the face of cruel market competition, they must do more work to adapt to the rapid development of society.
